Pros

There is nothing good to say about this job or company

Cons

You will be asked to jump through hoops for interview after interview, which will be with people that treat you like you are nothing more than the dirt on their shoe. You will have to answer ridiculous questions and be subjected to your first glimpses of the big boys club another reviewer touched on. You will be given a very untrue view of the company and what your job will be like, note I said VERY UNTRUE view. If you are hired you will then go through your brain washing week....sorry, training week is what they call it at Wurth then you will be tossed into the most miserable, degrading, position you have ever held as a sales professional. You will be expected to work 8-5 and then another few hours of your own time EVERY night. You will get no help from your "manager" because they are all too busy covering their own tracks to make sure their job isn't lost. If you speak up at all, you will be pushed out of the "clique" that is the upper management and way Wurth runs its daily business. Unattainable targets, and impossible growth numbers are the name of the game here. Wurth is out of touch and getting worse. Management is not popular with the 99% of employees, but most put up with it to keep their jobs that they need.. Taking a job here means leaving your pride at the door, and hating the everyday work life Wurth provides. Do yourself a favour, steer clear.

Pros

They have a lot of on site employee amenities with a hybrid work model. Would recommend negotiating as much remote freedom as possible. Office keeps up the cool techy image and they have professional relationships with interesting product prospects.

Cons

Hard to work with as management is not clear on what they want/need from their employees. Higher ups also have had a history of misogyny and discriminatory behaviour that HR may be trying to keep under wraps and manage the perspective that it never existed but if you get to talk with them more on a personal level, there are signs especially from the other men. Also seems that there is a lack of accountability where management don't talk with each other clearly and expect employees to be the middlemen. Either they figure it out or they are shut out from circles. There is also a superficial act of addressing issues because "startup culture" so they move fast. But just as friendly as they start out, they'll ice you out just as quickly. Somebody also passed away recently and the reaction from management was PC at best.
