Pros
One positive aspect of working at Service Supply was the group of people I worked with. Most of my colleagues were long term employees that readily shared their knowledge and experience with others.
Cons
The cons of Service Supply were low pay (wages were frozen for three years), chronic understaffing (hiring was frozen for three years and many positions remained unfilled when employees left, pushing the workload onto remaining employees), inadequate technology (necessary hardware and software upgrades were consistently slow or incomplete, impacting daily performance and productivity), and a controlling culture that included the attitude that employees shouldn't complain because they were lucky to have a job.
