Pros
New skills were gained and my manager was helpful. 100% of your health insurance is covered by the company. Remote work was flexible. Some of the team members were friendly.
Cons
This agency was inconsistent when it came to gaining and maintaining clients. In the first month after I joined, I was told, "Not a lot of new people last. They always end up going away." I believed maybe they left for better opportunities, but then I discovered they were laid off. I had high hopes for staying here, and it was unfortunate that being disposed of was easy for them since it had been done before. I was also informed that the team gets "cliquey," and I eventually noticed that. Just know that if you aren't located in either their Boston or Nashville offices, you'll be easy to dispose of since you aren't around everyone. They also hire part-time workers, and it saddened me that I was never given that opportunity and was immediately laid off. But maybe this was for the better, since from the start I already had doubts based on comments made by coworkers.
