The current leadership management creates a toxic environment. The projects being developed are not competitive in the market, and you won’t have any projects in your portfolio that you can proudly say were successfully launched. Additionally, you risk being laid off at any moment.

Low pay and a completely non-transparent process. There’s no clear explanation of team structure or responsibilities, and no proper documentation or training materials. When I joined the company, I was told my task would be to color existing line art, but it turned out I also had to fix serious mistakes made by other artists, something never mentioned beforehand. These fixes sometimes took up to a third of my working time. New unagreed tasks and requirements kept appearing. The company had very high expectations of my work quality because of my high skill level, yet I was often sent really poorly drawn to clean up. It was unclear why the same standards were not applied to the original artists. When I raised questions or suggested workflow improvements, no one replied. The extra workload and revisions were never reflected in the pay
