Pros
X by 2 does an excellent job of caring for the individual. I never feel like a cog in the wheel. The culture, compensation, and work have all exceeded my expectations. There is a diversity of work tailored to my interests, opportunities for growth, and trust in my integrity. The position is hybrid with incentives to come into office consistently, such as free lunch on Wednesdays. PTO days are given generously with an option to split PTO time into 2 hour increments instead of full days. Upper management has been nothing but kind of personable. I haven't had a single legitimate complaint about X by 2 in my 9 months of working here.

This job is not well suited for those who like being micromanaged or those who always want everyone to be in office.
