Pros
Great people! My favorite part of this job is the amazing people. My co-workers have become great friends and my management is helpful and friendly. People are often rewarded and/or promoted within. I love to be a part of this company.
Cons
Sometimes I feel the leads we are provided go worse or better and then expectation is the same of us. Not that I think our quotas are too difficult, I just wish the leads could be more consistent.
