Pros
Many opportunities to grow and progress within the company if you can work hard and network well. I loved my co-workers and my manager, and the soda machine isn't half bad either. A lot of opportunity to take on extra projects to really prove your worth to the company which can expedite promotions and salary increases. Once you've proven yourself, the company will also work hard to keep you there and keep you happy.
Cons
Not enough of the executives are fully empowered to do what they have been hired to do. Great ideas are terminated for reasons that are not clearly communicated to lower-level employees. Also long-term growth is frequently sacrificed for month end goals and the product as a whole suffers to please a few large customers. Lastly, I would suggest that as an employee you don't suck up to superiors. For better or worse they are friends with each other and they can read those tactics and that will slow down if not eliminate your promotions or career at the company.
