Cons

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. The work culture is extremely unhealthy, and the management shows no regard for employees' well-being. - Excessive Overtime: Developers are forced to work long hours, including weekends, without any additional pay. Even working 70+ hours per week goes unappreciated. - No Bonuses or Salary Increments: There is no financial recognition for hard work, regardless of performance. - No PTOs or Public Holidays: Leave requests are frequently canceled to meet unrealistic deadlines. - Unreasonable Expectations: No matter how much work is delivered, it's never considered enough. - Lack of Appreciation, but Quick to Humiliate: Hard work is never acknowledged, but management has no problem insulting employees in front of the entire team, even for minor mistakes. - Poor Management: Leadership does not take responsibility for their own actions, overcommits to clients, and then forces the development team to compensate for their mismanagement. - Unqualified Management: One manager pretends to be a technical architect despite lacking real knowledge and another whose only skills are speaking English and using Jira. - High Turnover: Many developers have resigned due to burnout, affecting both their mental and physical health. If you value work-life balance and a supportive work environment, this is not the place for you.
