Pros
Remote work. Project was easy. Very little micro-managing. Worked with 3 party teams that were great and supportive and generally nice guys. Equipment was excellent.
Cons
Bad communication from management. Promises rarely delivered. Some coworkers were rude and unhelpful. XCentium thinks they are in India. No perks.
