Pros

this is an ever growing family that believes when your people are happy, so too are your customers. The thrill of working with such a globally diverse team gets me up each time. Building a post-Covid dispersed business focused on modern manufacturing and innovation, care of end-to-end PLM

Cons

long-hours, but we chose to grow the business across the world's time zones! We made our bed and now we lay in it!

Pros

Not a corporate environment, everyone works well with each other and a wide variety of technical skill sets in the manufacturing tech space. Remote work, travel on occasion to clients, good benefits, strong growth year over year.

Cons

Not always the most organized, lots of changing directions and testing new processes to find the best path forward - definitely not for everyone, but good for those comfortable in those environments.

Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks, but even this is a problem at XDI!

Cons

HR is non-existent and the one person in charge of HR rarely works, or helps solve the countless problems you face from the CEO and his SVPs. Their love triangle is obvious and clear as to why some people maintain their position. You will never receive help, zero onboarding, zero strategy direction (and if there is a strategy it changes every other week). This company can't even determine what industry they want to target. One week it's A&D, and the next it's CPG. Website is horrendous, our LinkedIn still has an event posted that didn't even happen in November. It's just an absolute mess. Go ahead and join, you'll remember this review at about 3 weeks in lol. Extremely toxic workplace. The BDRs/SDRs despise their leader and they all talk horrendously about each other. We continue to lose our big clients and the strategy is to then sell small startups 2,000 dollars worth of software after dealing with months of persuasion. It's crazy honestly, just run - I am trying so hard to leave this place.
