-Upper management refused a lot of promotion request to individuals within the company who seemed were ready for the next step.
-Company created a new position between PEs and PMs (Assistant PMs) for people requesting promotions to PMs( creation of position and pay difference was insulting).
-Upper Management handled contracts with 2 big tech companies very poorly. The projects were understaffed and by the time more talent had been pulled into the projects, relationships with the clients were already damaged.
-Company tried expanding aggressively feeling assured contracts with a specific tech company would be infinite. This did not happen and 60+ people were let go.
