Pros
Higher than industry average gender-employment ratio. Fully remote working model; extra points for work-life balance and reducing carbon footprint. There are some kind, talented, and very dedicated colleagues across teams; genuinely great people doing their best under pressure. Some managers are great!
Cons
-Management care for a while, then are too busy when it doesn't concern them directly. -SLT more interested in the companies LinkedIn image than actual working environment. -SLT can make countless mistakes during redundancy proceedings yet don't get backlash, whereas any mistake by DP is scrutinised. -Disconnected and unhelpful senior leadership team, more concerned with their bonuses and board of investors than their staff. -Rapidly hiring and then making redundancies (just in time for Christmas) but won't reduce bonuses for out of touch senior leadership team. -Last minute changes and additions to policies that should have been in place from day 1. Instead, things are chopped and changed as they see fit after employees go through tough times. -Overall would not choose to work for the company again.
