Pros

Worked for more than 2 years in a high pressure team managing the O2C process. Great company but can be better. Lacks processes and has challenges around stability as volumes drive decisions. New leadership in India is great and supports people. Amazing team and peers supporting each other. Talented set of people to work with.

Cons

Very unstable and lot of changes in teams and leadership which is not good. Pay not great for junior staff Org structure is poorly designed, US managers don’t understand people or work and are task masters

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
