Pros
The staff and managers were fantastic at this company. Very supportive and absolutely wanting to see people grow. High level of support and progress meetings and one on one training with managers. Positive work environment, even when remote.
Cons
Productivity is valued higher than the quality of support provided to customers. Anything you say should follow the exact wording of the script, and any time spent being proactively helpful, is not appreciated if your calls are lasting longer than the company thinks a call should, or if you are not answering enough calls per hour or in a day. Job also includes some sales pitches which you are graded on and required to do, which was not an advertised part of the job description.
