Worst management ever seen - Mechanical Engineer XSPlatforms Employee Review

Its a MNC with no management skills. HR got establish in June, before that there was no HRM in company. HR states that company will give increment whenever top management wishes to do so. Every suggestion or questions asked to managements are ignore in best philosophical way. working procedures are as per worker & not as per standards.
