Pros
They will hire just about as anyone as and keep rolling them over no matter how bad their work. They don't micromanage so once you've been there, they aren't sticklers for "core hours". If you do decently well, you can work up to 70 hours 7 days a week which gives you flexibility.
Cons
Your worst Mean Girls clique nightmare, except they're guts who have we worked there since the office opened. They have no people skills so even in the morning you have to greet the few who sure chatting with "good morning" and when the sun hasn't risen, they will challenge anyone who dares to switch on an overhead light in the morning. Since they give us one small, cheap monitor and I would explain the concept of light to the manager in a minute, I turned on the one closest to me.
