Very good company culture. Contribute to community organizations and fundraising efforts play a large role. Environment is generally enthusiastic and optimistic. Good people who mean well in all departments. People root for one another.
Cons
High turnover, heavy micro-management. Rub shoulders with the right people and they'll see that you succeed. If you fail to play corporate politics, you won't be long for the role.
