I have not seen an cons

Fake promises of appraisal on calls and no written document for the same. Then when you ask for the appraisal at xx/yy/zz date which they promised, boom they say we have not done good businesses. Not a single person in management has the ethics to run a company or even do business. Feels like you are sitting in a school getting scolded everyday by some faculty. You try to resign, boom again they will make your life hell in 2 months of notice and not consider any reason to reduce it even a day. HR department here is full of people who wants to make your life more difficult with lies. And yes, these are the pros. See below for more cons.

The worst downside of working at xalt is that there is no upside of working there. You can not find a single reason to work here. Yes they operate from a underground office in some parking. Ask for a coffee more than 2 times a day, and management will reach out to you and say that sorry we cannot afford an extra cup of coffee. Would advice anyone reading this to not join this place. Better stay where you are even if you dont have a job, try in some other company.
