No acknowledgement for going above and beyond Ridiculous metrics Upper management is full of corporate speak that means absolutely nothing Raises are maybe 3% if you're lucky Cost cuts always come from the lowest paid departments Bonuses/incentives constantly disappearing You have to use your own phone to log in but there's no compensation for it 6 weeks of being on call. On call shifts are 12 hours long Constant change resulting in angry customers and confusion with no benefit whatsoever other than to the all important bottom line Shareholders matter, you do not Honestly there's too much to list. I regret giving this company 7 years of my life.
