Good management team that keeps employees motivated and provide opportunities for growth and learning
Cons
They do not pay salaries on time. Salaries are typically delayed for more than 25 days to few months. They do not even settle dues once the employee leaves the organization. Many of my peers and I are still waiting for our dues to be cleared after years with the organization.
