      No pros at all . Stupid company to work with.

      Cons

      They can terminate you at any moment No proper working hours(more than 15 hours to work) Company leaders are very harsh and abusive Overall if you want to be in hell, please join this company

      Pros

      You can have zero distance connect with the management. Learning opportunities are abundant. Implementation projects only (Developers will love this). Product Development (Not like any other consulting and services company) Performance will be definitely appreciated, recognised and compensated well. Be good and you'll get good.

      Cons

      Certain processes are yet to be defined, once done everything will be in place.
