I really like the atmosphere. The new Lab in Stafford is small but very clean and efficient. The management is not bad. They don't watch you like a hawk. If you get your job done they leave you alone. If you want to learn new tests and techniques and are ambitious the opportunity exists. The new VP is very employee friendly and concerned about career growth and work conditions..
