Pros
I joined XenonStack as a fresh college graduate. The first few months were a bit of a learning curve, and adapting to the pace and processes was challenging. But gradually, everything started falling into place, and the workflow became much more intuitive and manageable. As for work-life balance, I’d say it’s one of the company’s strong suits. After being here for about 7–8 months, I found that I rarely needed to stay beyond regular hours. Overtime happens only when there’s a genuine need, which helps keep burnout at bay. Compensation is another area I’ve been pleasantly surprised by. Even as someone early in my career, I feel that the pay here is generous compared to industry standards. It gives me confidence that the company values its employees and is willing to invest in them from the start. What really sets the experience apart is the culture of being fun and engaged. It’s not just about looking forward to weekends or Fridays — day-to-day life has its own charm. We frequently have potlucks, team gatherings, and smaller events. In fact, as a developer, I even got the opportunity to organize a team activity myself — and it was an absolute blast. Small gestures like these make the journey more enjoyable
Cons
So far so good .
