Very little work so there is A LOT of downtime (not necessarily a good thing), close to home

HR is dismissive of injury issues and doesn't consider implementing protocols and training to reduce injuries. Rules are not strictly enforced so you must constantly fight employees who try to persuade you to do the opposite of what is required of employees. Lack of trust amongst employees, low wages, unprofessionalism by many of the employees, especially those who are in supervisory roles.
