- More focus on the bottom line rather than the core Xero values - Constant changes that only affect the employees - Price increases disguised as a benefit to the customer but are actually there to feature lock customers out of a cheaper plan - The company looks completely different now than it did even a few years ago - The values have deteriorated and are no longer present in decision making or ideas for the future. They are instead shoe horned in to try and appeal to the market
