Pros
I have been in the insurance industry for almost 8 years and worked for several agencies over my career, but I have yet to find a group of individuals that is that committed to helping their advisers and focused so much on training.
They provide great leads on 3 different platforms and get them to the agents on a daily bases, 6 days a week. You can't beat the lead price anywhere. They have a call center at their corporate office generating exclusive leads for their advisers.
You get the best compensation plan I have come across from any IMO. When they tell you you earn a certain commission level, you actually get just that. There are no hidden agendas or fine print, like some of the other groups out there.
They even pay you extra bonuses every month on top of what the carriers pay you directly, only this bonus is actually meaningful.
They treat every adviser like they are a million dollar producer without care to how much they are actually writing a month.
They put on great training workshops that are actually "meat and potato" training every couple of months.
For an IMO that is not even 1 year in business, they have sure put on an amazing infrastructure and spectacular support staff.
I finally feel I'm in a place I can grow a business without looking over my shoulders constantly.

I don't really have anything negative to say about these guys, they are top of the line and will give you the shirt off their back
