Pros

- Very small and lean agency so you'll likely be tasked with wearing multiple hats and getting "promotions" quickly (new title even if your actual role remains the same), which can look good on your resume when you're looking to make a move. - Wfh option - Nice coworkers

Cons

There are a lot (not much has changed since the previous negative reviews were posted). If you're considering accepting a job here, the best advice I can give you is to try to reach out to former employees on LinkedIn first to get an honest opinion. I know employees have been asked to write positive glassdoor reviews, so take the ones you read with 1/2 a grain of salt.

Pros

The only pro was compensation, everything else was garbage. In the interviews, it was mentioned there was absolutely little to zero knowledge on SEO and I would NOT be interested in a marketing position. The position was for a project manager, but when hired was thrown into exclusively ONLY SEO projects. Not sure if the recruiter lied to get his bonus or if the entire management was just completely incompetent.

Cons

-PMs can’t even manage their own work, they have to delegate it to other people -Management is incompetent or just clueless -Coworkers are rude with low emotional intelligence towards each other -NO work/life balance whatsoever, everyone is balancing so many projects they constantly work overtime or push off responsibilities to other also equally overloaded coworkers -If you’re hired under the guise of “full time” it’s actually a contractor, but instead of having your own hours and set of rules as a contractor you’re expected to be a full time employee without the benefits (Limited vacation time away, no health insurance, no 401k, no flex hours based on timeline hires)
