Pros
Learned many processes while employed, which did mean a lot to me. Honestly, if it wasn't for that, I'd drop this down to one star.
Cons
I worked with the company back in the late 2000s when the leadership was John, Angela, and Chris. Chris was our direct manager and was extremely arrogant and lacked any leadership and interpersonal skills. John and Angela seemed a bit pretentious, detached, and focused on sales. I was grossly underpaid given all the hard labor I performed as a member of the team and dealing with Chris' terrible attitude only made things worse, especially given how hard I worked and how dedicated I was to the company. The company was expanding at that point in time, which was horribly mismanaged, causing our entire team to work excessive hours in both PA and NJ offices, forcing the entire team's workload onto me for numerous months with no empathy with regard to the impact it had on all of us. Overall, just really bad pay, poor attitude and leadership from Chris, and no regard for working their employees into the ground without a proper support system, and zero room for promotion. It was the only time I've ever quit a job without a backup plan, and it's because it was honestly that bad and damaging, both physically and mentally.
