Great work culture, the rest of the staff is amazing, things work very fluid and everyone has a teamwork mindset. The pay is good and fair

The product is really useful and it gives you a lot of joy to work with it

The mission of the company is great, but Management Board often forgets about its people in the office and their needs. There's never enough money for training, self-development, etc. I don't feel appreciated
