Good for fresher - Junior Software Developer XorLabs Employee Review

I have joined last year and I was skeptic initially after going through the reviews. Company's direction since the last 2 quarter is changed dramatically. I am personally being cared for and that is what matters to me. Ignore the feedback here and make your own judgment after joining this company. I can now say that reviews here don't portray the true picture as I checked some of my friend's company's review as well where my friend is really happy but found there are always haters everywhere.

Have nothing at all.

Great place to work. Decent working environment, Lots of interesting projects to get involved with. Overall cooperative environment and supportive seniors are making me comfortable in my job.

Some of the managers are shady and display favoritism amongst their teams.
