Independence of work timings. Independence of thinking and implementing different concepts. Minimum pressure from manager. Good Communal activities. On time salary. Work from Home option for limited days in a month. Overall a pleasant environment to work and grow.
Cons
Technology Mismatch: Felt that managers are not technical so they do not know which resource can excel in a particular task eventually the resource is allocated a task he does not like producing a bad performance. Overall Poor upper management in terms of human resource management. Noisy Managers: Some Managers are loud on the floor and definitely disturb other developers working for different project.
