Company is running with a very few people, mostly with those in bottom of the ladder and couple of technical leaders and with technologies built 10 years ago. Management spoiled the company’s years of Technical reputation by promoting people with no respectable technical expertise as CTOs. Marketing team talent is 000, unable to sell the best technologies. Operations management is worthless of any job. HR team has no backbone.
