Pros
Lots of perks and benefits, and the CEO likes to throw extra leave around like it's nothing. Feels like they're trying to bribe you. As long as you're happy to submit to the cult of CEO Mark Woodland and not ask too many questions you'll have a great time.
Cons
Questionable ethics - fake 5 star reviews all over their apps, eg. look up Xplor Home on the App Store and Google Play. It also looks like there's questionable reviews on Glassdoor here, by current employees. Hypocrisy - they preach about being humble and obsessing over others, when in reality they only obsess over themselves Not transparent - raise any questions and they'll shut you down straight away Deceptive - they'll tell you nice things to get what they want out of you, and once you've done that they won't hesitate to fire you Toxic community - they'll smile at each other during meetings while stabbing each other in the back in private Cuts corners - produces software features that look flashy and sounds great in marketing, but in reality has many issues in the backend. Marketing also frequency over-promises and under-delivers, leaving you with many unhappy customers.
