Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We love to hear when employees are excited about being in the office. While we were in a fully remote state during COVID, we transitioned to our new flexible work model earlier this year. This model provides the opportunity for employees to choose where they work, including in one of our hubs (Atlanta, Fort Myers and Dallas), home or even the beach! Since the rollout of this model, we have had a number of employees return in each location.
Since an in-office environment isn't for everyone, we have added engagement events, community outreach and collaboration days in an effort to bring the teams back together to have a little fun. And of course, we do still encourage a friendly nerf fight for those who join us onsite.
We apologize you feel as though we have invested more in our growth than our employees. Our employees play a crucial role in our growth and we know we would not be where we are today without them. As our company grows, our employees have the opportunity to grow with us either through learning new skill-sets and/or promoting within the organization. In fact, in the past 8 months, 28% of our employees have had the opportunity to grow in their roles through promotions and transfers. With that said, we understand that this kind of fast paced environment may not be for everyone.
