Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you think there are good people at Xplor – we think so too, and we’re really proud of all our Xplorers.
However, we’re sorry there were some parts of working at Xplor you didn’t enjoy. Because Xplor has grown quickly by acquisition, we’re still integrating different parts of our business as we set ourselves up to best serve our customers. This means exciting product sets, incredible potential to do more for our customers and opportunities to grow into new geographies as we gain new Xplorers in different regions. It can also mean silos in some parts of our business that are unavoidable for a time, as we take time to plan the best structures and implement them. We need to make sure we communicate clearly during these times of change, so that the vision for where we’re heading is clear, and that we’re honest about when things will be tough for a while as we go through those changes – thanks for your feedback on this.
At Xplor, we have an annual salary review process, that takes into consideration market rates, to ensure we’re always competitive with our total rewards. Alongside this, we’re proud that we’ve recently introduced an Annual Xplorer Bonus Plan, giving every Xplorer the opportunity to share in the success of our company.
