Pay is v poor.shifts very very often never exist in first place but they dont admit and just cancel. Have 0 understand of requirements from staff or map of ireland..premium are not that there often less than hse rates
Impossible to communicate with unfortunately a lot of the workers have poor English . Don’t pay you what you are due. Hospital management find this agency very difficult to deal with and are avoiding it from now on . Any email query’s are replied with automated answers or ChatGPT it’s not good enough. I would not trust working for this agency
