Pros
Xtek is a growing company that strives to stay current with technology. The management team is constantly reviewing the latest technology to ensure the company is on the forefront. Everyone at Xtek seems to genuinely care about their job and it shows when talking to customers. The core of the company is the value of the employees. No one at Xtek is just a number. It's truly a family environment where people care about each other. Not only do they care about what's going on with the business aspect, but they also care about their employees personal well being also. Xtek is the type of place that I can see myself working at for a very long time. Even people who leave for the potential of what they think is a better opportunity seem to always want to come back.
Cons
The only con that I see is that the company is growing at a pace that can be difficult at times. Of course that's also a good problem to have.
