There are some long days for some areas who are heavily involved in projects due to the demands of our customers however, the wellbeing of our staff is paramount and we hope you were able to recharge your batteries at some point during the project.

      Pros

      Great technology, and position in the marketplace. Some jolly good people. Good tools in place.

      Cons

      Management eejits and continued poor decision making. Always under the cosh to deliver. Constant short term focus and slagging off on others who are not considered integral to the company. Ignores data and sheds good chaps at an alarming rate.
