I have worked with this organisation for more than 3 years and the management who is sitting in AUS is not at all reliable. So join in the organisation with your risk don’t get attracted by the sweet promises ( that will never fulfilled ] - zero job security you may get fired any time - People like engineering manager are of no use they are not fit for the job - They doesn’t value your time effort and commitment once they decided to fire you. - Lot of false promises - Project management is a mess - CEO is useless This company was very good and heared lot of positive things from my friend who was a former employee in early days of the company. But now the management has changed and AUS management took over and tarnished the good name
