Pros
You learn how a really bad business model operates
Cons
This is part of YM which is the worst company to work for- their motto is "if something in our dysfunctional company isn't working just fire everyone". They are terrified of people stealing from them so they have a ton of strict rules and polices on Internal Theft - so everyone feels like a thief. Theres an LP audit weekly by head office (which is unheard of in the industry) and the audit is 4 pages! They're always posting ads for people because they have such a huge turn over rate. This seems like an attractive place but don't bother because they are always whispering behind employees backs about firing them. They will fire the staff of an entire store and "start fresh" as the VP calls it - which is horrible leadership. Coaching is not their motto. Nor is treating their staff well - just fast $$$$$$ Its a toxic environment stemming from the top and trickling down like toxic sludge onto all the poor unsuspecting young staff - that instead of mentoring and support usually get their spirit broken.
