Pros
Will give you industry experience. Free lunches sometimes, although the food was always cold
Cons
To call this company unorganized would be an understatement. No one in upper management is on the same page about anything, most people in their positions are highly unqualified and would not last at any other company. There is a reason turnover is so high here… Work environment is toxic, the way some buyers speak to others is down right disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. This is a company that prides themselves on their “training and development” but saw none of that in my one year of working for them. They should start by having all upper management take a course in leadership skills because they are all severely lacking in that area. Salary is well below industry standards, and rarely give raises. Bonuses are unattainable and benefits don’t start until 6 months. I was nervous about working here because I had heard horrible things about the company but didn’t think it would be that bad. I was right, it was actually worse than I ever could have imagined!
