I worked for this company for 14 years. In the beginning, it was a great place to work, with salaries above the minimum and a positive working environment.
Cons
However, after the company was sold, conditions gradually worsened. Salary increases did not keep pace with experience, responsibilities, or inflation, and after 14 years of service, I found myself earning the same salary as a new employee. Unfortunately, long-term loyalty and experience were no longer reflected in pay progression.
