Very Good Company - Sales Manager YOU Broadband Employee Review

No 1 top most worst services will be provided only by you broadband. I've tried to login and make a payment through online after completing payment application shows please pay again. When I've tried to explain all the information to sales agent(sirimulla ramesh) he told that payment will be refunded in 5 working days. It's been 10 days but no update nor the sales agent will attend the call any more. I lost 2.2k just because of you broadband services. Please don't even try or dare to call them because till their need fulfills they'll attend your calls once completed not even a single person will attend your calls. Even customer care services will also speak in such a rude manner. No 1 worst services will only be provided by you broadband.

Staff is friendly. Great customer service.

Work timings are between 10 to 5 PM. But you have to work until 8 Pm everyday. Nothing works as company standard or as per company policies. Work everyday more hours! no compensation! work on weekends too! on sunday and saturdays! no benefits to employee!
