They're still trucking despite taking a beating over the past ten years. They've never bounced a paycheck. It's hard to get fired. They have the most tenured workforce in the business.
Cons
The beating the company has taken shows at nearly every level. Advancement is very unlikely. It's difficult to manage employees that are nearly impossible to fire. Highly tenured employees are more subject to complacency and stubbornness.
