Pros
Small IT shop with some basic PMO processes. Lots of mainframe and some midrange with Oracle. Nice environment, but low margins. Good opportunities for advancement into management when I was there. Also good opportunities to stretch and take on new assignments by showing initiative.
Cons
When I was there there were ongoing workforce reductions occurring pretty regularly. Always concerned about margins.
