Pros
Decent pay, willing to train someone with no experience, decent benefits, ok for cutting your teeth in the transportation business, but don't expect to move up fast.
Cons
Extremely negative environment, insanely hectic work environment, work load is so heavy I never had time to sit and eat my lunch (usually stuffed it down my throat while taking calls and solving problems), someone with seniority can bump you off your vacation, extremely understaffed. Wouldn't be surprised if the company is closed in the next 5-10 years. Company only posted a profit twice in the two years I worked there.
