Pros
Helpful co workers. Refined and cultured professionals, old farmers and loggers, all types of people even some nuts. The union keeps the company honest and pleasant. A network of no touch freight operations, with 53' and double pup trailer options. Regional or OTR both have decent home time.
Cons
Antiquated equipment and facilities, terminals merely adequate. No yrc terminal mapbook in trucks. No 12 volt plugs or radio in daycabs.
