Nothing bad to say it was a good place.

At YTC Summit International Inc. you do get an opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience. You will work on real projects right away.

There is a pay limit. At certain point you will reach the maximum salary. Benefits that you agree on when you first get hired will change constantly without notice. Vacation and holiday time are reducing every year. Only 1 week of vacation each year for the last 10 years.
