Leadership team is inconsistent, and likes to stir up drama between employees. They also enable toxic behavior.

The work itself is great. I have so much dedication and love for the work I do.

I cannot afford my rent, let alone my student loans or insurance. I love this job and I don’t want to leave it but I shouldn’t need to get a second job.
