Company policy that you can't talk to co-workers if it's not work related. Very, Very tedious. Very low wage. Nepotism in every area of the company. They expect you to pump out orders and work at an inhuman speed and if you don't you're in trouble by higher ups. There is no comradery because you can't get to know your co-workers on a personal basis, but they expect you to be gung ho and team player and one team. You aren't allowed to sit in the area I work in. The turn over rate is INSANE. Most of the people I work with have been there for a year or less, not including management.
